warm bacon dressing

you had me here, sounds tasty as hell

Partly was a matter of convenience,  having a hot pan for the dressing,  had to toast off the bacon, why not just start off with an egg, flip and throw in some bacon, then wrap it up with the dressing and pour over the salad.  It all seems to work together.

I like my salad dinners. I probably had 20 ingredients tonight. I don't toss it just so my son can get to the bottom and get his unadulterated lettuce

Used to roll my eyes at egg white people, but it's hard not to love this calorie/protein payoff. Egg whites FTW:

FWIW I like cracking about 5 or 6 eggs in a glass,  and down the hatch!
Sometimes a splash of juice, usually not.

Boom. 30 grams of protein in a matter of seconds. Don't have to spend time cooking, chewing...you're done and out the door.

Cholesterol? Who knows. There's studies that go both ways.
