Really the thought of doing a strictly bodybuilding routine does not appeal to me. It's fucking boring.
A "strictly bodybuilding routine" is terrible for health and joints. I've known you for like 10 years and your training has only changed once in that time. I would shop around for a program, it's gonna be irritable, uncomfortable and annoying for awhile but those changes are good for heart health and living long enough to buy clothes for Grandchildren.
