Lmao...
Trying to make chest wake up..
44 yrs  old and nothing seems to work..

I have an old rusty bench and rusty weights outside which I probably have not used in years (mostly all workouts at gym)..
Felt good , however.

Holy fuckballs...
I'm trying a different approach..before I'd do false grip and bring bar closer to my chin on bench press..now I'm doing full grip and bringing bar below nips.
Time will tell I guess..thanks, Merkley.
