don't care too much for bench press. Always feel it in my shoulders anyway, the day after. After years and years of bench press, chest never developed like I wanted. Got strong for sure but not any noticeable difference. Genetics?

So for what its worth, going to do bench press today, with different technique. here goes...left my ego at the door as usual.
