Mass State Championships
« on: April 27, 2019, 10:38:03 AM »
Yesterday I signed up for my next strongman thingy.

Mass State Championships, it's not until 9/14, but I'm already pretty fired up about it.  I think the events favor me on this one.

Dealdifts Wessels Rule

Axle clean and press Wessels Rule

Viking Squat  50lbs added at the top of each rep.  Not sure on the starting weight, but I think around 350.

Husefell Stone 80', and I think 230 lbs

Keg over bar not sure on weight, but I think 225

There's no masters, but he said he would add it.  If he doesn't, then I don't mind just going with my weight class.  I'm low 190's.

 :)

Last event was changed to stone to shoulder for reps.  Think the contest weight is 175, and the stone I have at home is 174.  First time trying to do stone to shoulder.  Fortunately, due to my lack of height, I've been pretty much shouldering stones right along to get them to the bar or platform.   ;)
