Sadly this is how 99.9% of people squat in commercial gyms these days.

I just don't expect to see 'motivational' posts on IG with this shit in them.  :D :D :D

Very interesting article.

I know the NFL coach they quote in the article.  I grew up with him.

Interesting is the leg goes through the same ROM angle even on some shallow squats.  Never analyzed it like that.

there was a big study i read a long time ago and it had a chart that showed the weight difference between deep squats and partial and everywhere in between
