Stiff wrist wraps
« on: June 29, 2018, 09:31:11 AM »
Can anyone recommend a good very stiff, cast wrist wrap?  The velcro on mine has worn out so it's time for a new pair.

I'll put them on par with Redemption Wrist wraps.  Definitely stiffer than the Odin wraps from Strength Shop.

The other one is JBoss wraps.  They're a bit stiffer than the Anderson, but you've gotta friend request them on Facebook and then send cash when they get back to you.  Great wraps, just lotta hoops to jump through.

I don't think you'll be disappointed with the Anderson.

I have these and I barely use them because they're a bit much:

I was looking at those, a bit pricey...but seems average for that stiffness

Those andersons are the exact ones I currently have, I have to really crank down on them to get them how I like them and end up with purple hands.  They've done well for me for several years, but I think I'm going to try something stiffer.  I'll look into Jboss...kind of crazy how difficult it is to order them, it's like they don't like money.

I was just looking at my Anderson wrap and I'm not sure which ones they are  :-\.  The pattern is not the same as any of the ones on there so I'm going to order a paid of the kla 4000, but probably the 24' ones.  I might wait until Monday so I can measure the ones I have though.  I don't think they are 36', but I could be wrong.

Don't bother with the 24" ones.  Get the 36.  Your wrists are thick enough that you'll welcome the extra foot of wrap.

Seriously, get the 36" ones.
