Maybe for a beginner.

Anyone that's been training seriously for any length of time is not putting 30 lbs on their bench in 6 weeks.

No way Bando.

As Flex said...maybe for a beginner.  There's no way someone that's been lifting as long as you could add that much streng.....well...there is, if you got some special creatine...and would probably need to stack a Adrol.
Also, that's too much fucking benching in one week, that would destroy my shoulders.

You can 'cram' for exams, but you can't 'cram' for powerlifting meets.  :D

I disagree on too much benching. As long as your volume is low you can bench 3-5 times a week. Also, like I've mentioned before Herc has multiple 400-500+ benchers (one who just benched 565 at XPS) and everyone of them said if you want to bench more you need to bench more often with higher intensity and monitor the volume.

YMMV

Also, FTR, I've been trying to rebuild my bench and have been benching 3-4 times a week for 3 weeks now and feel fine. Ill deload a week (only bench twice) after 6 weeks and repeat and thats natty. You guys getting extra help should be just fine.

Sheiko has you benching 3 times a week as well. I'll start peaking for SS with Sheiko a couple weeks from today, think the key is that you have so many off days. My joints will feel better as well, right now they're killing me. What I liked about this program, is the heavy day, light day, then medium day, then rest up over the weekend. Today I pressed 295 x 3 which equates to a 312 1RM. That's about where I was last time this year and went up 20 lbs. The "increase bench 30 lbs in 6 weeks" is kind of a misnomer IMO, you're training for 6 weeks lift a 1RM 30 lbs more in 6 weeks. I don't think you could just keep doing this over and over without the expensive special Creatine.
