4 days out, training block is essentially wrapped up, just one light session tomorrow to keep the movement patterns dialed in. My planned openers are 385/236/518. Meet prep has gone well, my squat feels strong, bench is still a bit painful but I think some gains are there for the taking. Deads are strong except my grip has been an issue due to elbow tendinitis. No question in my mind that I can pull a big deadlift but whether I can hold on to it long enough for a clean lockout is another story. My body weight is higher than its ever been, I知 sitting at about 227lbs, perfect place to be for the 105kg class. I grew out of my belt, struggled yesterday to get it latched into the very last hole..but that痴 ok, I ain稚 putting all this work in to be small..lol
