Just reviewed my work schedule for the next 6 wks. FUCK. I'll be doing 3 out of the 5 weeks of JC while traveling out of town for work. I'll be like an iron junkie sniffing out gyms in foriegn towns  :panic:

Why not start a few days early?  I'm out of town for a week and this just bought me a bit of time. I'll still get to the gym while I'm away but it alleviates some of the stress at least.

Good point Im probably just being a pansy but I feel I need at least one more squat session before I dive into JC. Looks like Saturday or Sunday I'll start the program

I'm getting excited man.  I'm finishing week1 this morning and will start week 2 tomorrow or Tuesday. Legs are a little fried from all of this hiking but I'll make it work!!

FFS didn't realize this thread was ongoing  ::)
I blame my blindness. Week 2 started, first horrible squat session out of the way, it was hard, but didn't die. 10 rep set of 310 was harder than the 315 EMOM, minus the sweating and fatguy heart thumping.  :smoke:
