Thanks everyone. It's a good start. I didn't want to wait to start the new cycle. Just get back into it and keep building.

Decent day to day. Nothing crazy to start  with but gotta start somewhere.

TSA week 1 day 2

warm ups

bw + 25 x 3 x 6 @rpe 8

That's it. On another note, I bought some new vinyl and some carpet underpad to improve my homemade bench. The original vinyl was a little slick and the padding was a little hard but not horrible. I took off 2 layers of the original padding and added 2 layers of underpad and then rewrapped with the new vinyl. It's real grippy now. I can't wait to bench on it but my next session is OHP.

A reasonable day today. I was a little rushed so I skipped the bar humps today.

TSA week 1 day 3

Thanks Dave. It was a slow rep for sure. It didn't land on my face so that's all that matters.

Great couple sessions Rich! Squats looked excellent, great consistency in all your reps!

Thanks Shawn. They felt fairly consistent but it always seems to feel different than it looks.

CGBP

185 x 4 x 6 @rpe 8 

That's it. Bench was pretty tough today. I hope my stamina gets better for the higher rep stuff.

Nice session Rich! This is always tough day...and long! I suck at those 7's. I use my versas for all my Pendlay sets over 225 and it feels so much better. Great job buddy!

28 total paused reps at 205 is great Rich. On squats I know those hamstring pulls all too well. For me just continuing to squat and stay at it has helped the most, the hamstring muscles seem to heal quick. hope yours is nothing serious

Thanks Andrew. Hamstring felt fine today deadlifting. Hopefully it was just the day. Bench went pretty good today too.
