Thanks guys. I gave up to early I think. There was probably 2 more there. I really don't know why I stopped.


Finishing off my third cycle of 531 today with bench. I'm real happy with how it's going. Form seems on point for the most part and strength is going up. Bumped db bench a little.

I started a new cycle of 531 yesterday. Back to squats and working on the damned things. It felt ok overall and I'm still not going to push too far on my plus sets. Bumped a little on my leg presses and SLDL.

I'm losing reps on push ups but the weights are going up elsewhere so I'm not concerned. My tri's are giving out first on db bench and pushups. I guess I use them a lot on those 2 exercises. That's it.

Thanks Shawn. Deads had me gasping like a fish out of water. As for bench, I want to try some heavy singles but I don't want to mess with program as it's going fairly well(with the exception of squats :-\)
