Thanks guys. I'm shooting for 500 at SS. I think that should be attainable for sure by then.

Thanks Shawn. Highbar was just an experiment and it went ok. Back to lowbar for week 3 squats.

Had a pretty good day today. OHP felt better than last week and matched my reps for this weight. Last rep was sketchy but it made it to the top so I'll count it.

Final day of this cycle. It went okay but bench was heavy today and not moving. I lost a rep from the same weight last time. I thought I'd be done at 2 though so overall I'm good with it.

Thanks Shawn. The bridge looks interesting. I'm looking forward to everything except 3 0 3 tempo squats. Those are just sadistic.


Started my new program yesterday and did fairly well gauging rpe. I think I was off a little on my close grip bench but not much. Time will tell as I get a little better at it.

You have been training a long time, RPE will come quick. The tempos are 10ís on this program? I think anyway, ya they suck but remember they are just a squat accessory, start light and stay beltless and they will be fine.

had to catch my last rep of bench so I upped the rpe. Tempo wasn't as bad as I thought although I don't really know what a true rpe for that would be. I'm going to up the weights for that next time around.

20 oct

GPP

pull/chin ups sets of 5 for 7 min

got 10 sets for 50 total reps

ab roll for 10 reps alternated with 30 second planks for 7 mins

got 5 sets of each for 50 reps of ab rolls and 5 sets planks

25 min treadmill at rpe 6ish

that's it. A good start to the program. On to week 2

Great finish to the week Rich. Strong bench and pulls. Thinking I may run a similar or the Bridge itself in November as I ease into squats and deads again. 3 days a week but with lightass weights and a slow progression.
