Thanks Andrew. The volume is adding up. I'm feeling it in the quads, hams and glutes for both squat and deads. That makes me happy cause I think I'm doing them right. If my back was sore I'd be worried.

Squats looked strong and loved the fight on the last bench rep!!

When did the tubes get fixed?  Reps are moving fast man!


Thanks Ron. I haven't had a problem with any youtube embeds at all so I can't tell you when it was fixed. I find it wonky sometimes anyways. I can't see someones vid but someone else can. Makes no sense to me.


Had a pretty good day in the gym yesterday. All my reps went well. Pullups were a little tougher due to an increase in weight added.

Thanks everyone. Deads are feeling pretty good. Still feels light and makes me wonder when I tested them if it was just an off day. We'll have to see where it goes after this cycle. I'm happy with bench so far as well. I really hope to beat all my totals in april. I have just over a week and then I'll be off on vacay to recoup. Should come back nice and strong for the push to SS.

Today seemed to drag a bit. I didn't have an issue with the weights but was getting a little light headed on squats. Seated OHP weight was upped from last week and I tried wraps for the first time. Seemed to help some. They sure moved a hell of a lot faster on the vids than they felt. Anyways...

Thanks Andrew. My energy felt a little low going in so I wasn't too surprised with the wooziness. It wasn't to the point where I felt like I was going to pass out though.

220 x 4 x 7 got all sets except the 4th. I got to rep 5 and couldn't do any more. I racked and gave it a few seconds. Got my last 2 but couldn't do any more.

205 x 4 x 6  missed the last rep on this too. Just too gassed. Fatigue is starting to catch up. Deload is coming next week so that should reset things. I'll post vids tomorrow.
