So I figured I'll start a journal. I currently use jefit to record everything but it's a bit of a pain in the ass to look back at workouts. I'm running wendlers 5/3/1 BBB right now and have run a few cycles. I started light and will work up slowly. After spending a week in the hospital with rhabdo I'd rather go slow and stay healthy. No rush. I'll post some vids to for proof and a critique or too as well.

 I'm on week 3 so I'll start there.

today is bench day so we'll see how that goes

I work out every other day. It's what works with my schedule and plenty of rest. I do some cardio on the off days or some stretching.
Been pretty good so far but I'm below my maxes right now. Hopefully I'll bust through them if I stay steady.

Been lifting for 6 or 7 years on and off. Gotten better but really struggled with some exercises like squats. Who would have thought bending down and standing up would be so technical.

I'm also running 531 BBB. While I'm on cycle 13 I've actually ran way more cycles than that.

Oh, and I struggle with squats too. Damn squats....... >:(
