What the hell are you trying to do to me. I added nordic falls to my leg routine and holy shit they hurt. No way around it. I'm adding it in as per a t-nation article I read, real slow. Low reps and low volume until I get better and more used to them . Thanks for introducing them to me. I'll see how things go.
