Well woke up after nights with a monster headache and cough, good to know I am just fighting Ebola yesterday and not actually just turning into a complete pussy ::)
Called in sick tonight, think another nightshift would do me in completely.
On a bad note, I am sick I guess but better now than meet week

Sorry to hear about the ebola Shawn. :(  Definitely better to have it now though than closer to meet time.  Heal up man...

Notes: feeling quite a bit better today, cancelled training yesterday due to Ebola. Squats were feeling pretty good, 410x3 felt great so figured a 425x3 PR was in the books. Damn that got heavy quick, first rep was a grinder but felt I messed up my form so hit the second, second went real good so had no problem deciding on the third....third rep hit me hard but ground it up for the PR.
Bench went well, 270/280 felt awesome. First rep of 290 was fairly fast but donít know what dafuq happened on the second....it went every direction but up, before it finally went up still happy with that!
This week is messed up and I have to do day 2 tomorrow. Not expecting much on comp bench and deads after today but itís the only time to get it in. Last program session will be Friday.

Ya me too, much better today. Had a good roast in the sauna yesterday and a good nights sleep. Donít drink anymore, but back in the day.....

Will crush it on my last day Friday.

Thanks Anthony, lol ya Iím not the most aesthetically pleasing squatter out there. I have horrible mechanics for squats but you have to work with what you got. My highbar looks better...but itís weak as fuk :o

Strong looking session there Shawn. :)  Your slacker session looks pretty damn good to me.  Nice job hitting 3 at 270 on the bench and 455 on the deads.  A few days of rest will do you good and I'm sure you'll have a killer session on Friday.

I wish my good sessions looked like your slacker ones. Nice work. It sucks when you have to cram stuff in because of life, but it happens. Rest up and come back strong.

Thanks Greg, ya I went into that session knowing it wasnít going to be very good, l also wasnít interested in pushing too hard as getting injured would have been real possible. All good, good finish today and looking forward to some more days off.

Thanks Rich, ya life is gonna life. We went to Toronto Wednesday night for my 6 year old to have eye surgery at sick kids Thursday morning so it was a busy couple days. His surgery went great and now the hard part of trying to keep him calm and relatively still  ::)
