Thanks Andy, hip is a bit angry, right in the socket too. My right hip has never been 100%. One more week of 4x a week workouts, praying the 3x a week frequency will help out and allow me to still push hard. Hate to back down right now.
235 and 240 for cgbp is no joke Shawn! Mirin'  :)

Dun:

Notes: good workout for squats, 390x4 @8 is a pretty good PR for me. The hip was feeling ok after a good warmup so was happy with that, bit achy now but rubbed some dirt in it and all is good. Squats took forever and the banana and monster I had for breakfast was did not last long. Bench was terrible, gassed on 255 and had 265 scheduled today
2ct bench went fine as I accepted I was weak as a kitten today

Notes: good session, deads weren’t feeling all that strong but happy with the 485x4, last rep went crooked on me and slowed the lockout pretty bad but figured I had another.
Pin press went well, first rep at 285 felt pretty easy but put the second down too close to my head and made for a difficult rep.
Pretty pooched on tempo squats and hips were bugging me so called it at 225.

Thanks Greg, 390 felt heavy but I have more in me right now, so things are looking good. Hip did well that session, it was pretty angry after deads today so it slowed up my tempo squats, but ah well

Notes: late one after 12 hour day, we took an extra day off yesterday as I have a few days I need to stretch out the prep program and body was a bit beat up.
Squats started off kind of crappy, I think the jump from my 315 WU right to 365x3 was a bit too aggressive, the 365 set was slow out of the hole.
Regrouped and 385 went well and wanted 405x3 today so went for it. Felt good, but a bit of a pussy on rep 1, think the mental barrier of 4pps was a factor. Next 2 reps went great and didn’t feel all that heavy. Hit a heavy walkout finally today as I keep forgetting to throw those in.
Bench went good for a change, happy with the 265x4 with more in the tank
