Cut is going good, leanest I've ever been. Keto is sapping my strength, but I'm trying to maintain muscle mass and step up my calisthenics. I've also cut out soda (even diet) for good, over a month now.

Today's workout:
Bench: 10@95lbs, 7@115lbs, 7@115lbs, 5@125lbs, 3@135lbs, 5@125lbs, 10@105lbs

Deadlift: 5@135lbs, 5@225lbs, 3@245lbs, 1@ 265lbs

Military press: 4x7@@65lbs

Sit ups: 53

Sit ups: 53, keep stalling out
Dips: 3x5, hard as fuck
Squats: 5x5@135lbs
BORs: 5x5@135lbs

Kind of a shit workout, but I hit it hard yesterday and my diet has been in a caloric deficit.

bicep is torched still, DOMS to the point where I can't even straighten it. Probably good to go tomorrow.
