I took almost 2 weeks off to let my Hips Heal and it paid off. Came back and on both Squat and Deadlift Day plan was to work up to a Heavy Single the back off sets... Well my Heavy Singles were BIG PRs..
Old PR's from Feb...480 Squat, 520 Deadlifts
Here is a 520 Squat and a 550 Deadlift. Had a Bad spotter on the 520 which touched the weight at the bottom and threw me off balance. Had to recover and bring it up. That gave me a 3x BW Deadlift.
