You're exactly right! I live in Maryland about 45 miles west of Baltimore and 45 miles north of DC. I'm not far from York, PA and Northern Virginia is within an hour as well. There are plenty of places that do PL meets around me, so I just need to find one when it opens for registrations and get on the list. That can come with it's challenges as well. I know there was one in VA recently that closed within 7 minutes or so. I hope that's more of an exception than a rule. I'm going to hold myself accountable for getting it done.

And in Particular...

Hagerstown to Lancaster <2hrs.

It's a Meet run by Gene and Ame, and It'll be on par with the NY Meets, that a number of IS people have done. And you've got 2 months to prepare and arrange.
Thanks for the info. I'll definitely look into this one!

Welcome.
If you're in for a real challenge and want to ditch this Bronie powerlifting shit
try lifting and dieting for 12 months for a bb'ing show.
*trollface*

I'm only a bb'er but what I do know about comps is is that you should never rush into them.
Be pragmatic as well has hopeful.
I wish you the best.

He's the one guy we've never seen shirtless, crazy waist to shoulder ratio and V Taper, doesn't drink or have any bad habits. I doubt he would need 4 months of dieting, much less 12.
