Four days to go to my next meet and sitting at 195lbs, and feeling better prepared than I ever have for a meet. I'm not going to do anything earth shattering, but should be some nice pr's. The plan is 405,455,475 squat, 300,315,325 bench, and 455,515,530+ deadlift. Might adjust my deadlift opener depending on how close to breaking 1300 I am. My second squat and second deadllift will be records for this epf in my state, and they're my records @ 198 masters I. Should be fun.
