Doug's Log

I wanted to start a log since I'm new... I am now on a modified Madcow routine


After 12 weeks on SL this is was my progress:

Squat: Start- 115 lbs. now 285 lbs. +170 lbs

Bench: Start- 80 lbs. now 165 lbs. +85 lbs.

OHP: Start- 60 lbs. now 140 lbs. +80 lbs.

Deads: Start- 135 lbs. now 290 lbs. +155 lbs.

Bent Row: Start- 75 lbs. now 160 lbs. +85 lbs.


Here is my last weeks log... I had to deload my deads for now

Monday 2/22/2016

Squat: 165x5, 205x5, 250x5, 290x5, 330x5

Bench: 100x5, 120x5, 145x5, 170x5, 195x5

Deadlift: 200x5, 240x5, 280x5


Wednesday 2/24/2016

Squat: 165x5, 205x5, 250x5,5

OHP: 95x5, 115x5, 130x5, 150x5

Fat DB Rows: 55x10,10,10


Friday 2/26/2016

Squat: 165x5, 205x5, 250x5, 290x5, 340x3, 250x8

Bench: 100x5, 120x5, 145x5, 170x5, 200x3, 145x8

Bent Row: 95x5, 120x5, 145x5, 165x5, 190x3, 145x8

Thanks! I have come a long way in a short time considering I could barely get off my couch from my knee hurting so bad and how big i got. I am slowly getting back to big and strong rather than big and fat

Thank you! My deads have suffered but my squat always sucked so it doesn't bother me... I weighed 355 lbs (still kinda high bf) at my dr. appointment last week
