I wanted to start a log since I'm new... I am now on a modified Madcow routine
After 12 weeks on SL this is was my progress:
Squat: Start- 115 lbs. now 285 lbs. +170 lbs
Bench: Start- 80 lbs. now 165 lbs. +85 lbs.
OHP: Start- 60 lbs. now 140 lbs. +80 lbs.
Deads: Start- 135 lbs. now 290 lbs. +155 lbs.
Bent Row: Start- 75 lbs. now 160 lbs. +85 lbs.
Here is my last weeks log... I had to deload my deads for now
