Shoulder feels awesome, no soreness at all.
I mentioned this in another thread as well, arching for bench helped a bit too. However, I always had a 'soreness' to my right anterior delt. I couldn't dial it in to a specific exercise as the cause.. not enough to stop me from being able to bench, but my shoulder barked at me.
Shoulder feels really good recently.
Anyhow, that said, I am enjoying ripping the paint off of my brand new squat rack as well

Results are good thus far as well. Replacing seated military with these for a few months, that is the plan.
