DUP principle

Cliffs:
        Day 1 Chest, Back and Legs
        Day 2 Accessories
        Day 3 Chest, Back and Legs
        Day 4 Accessories
        Day 5 Chest, Back and Legs

Monday: Power 6 sets of 3 at 70% 1RM

Wednesday: Strength 5 sets of 5 at 80% 1RM

Friday: Hypertrophy 4 sets of 8 at 70% 1RM

IG: Tourostrengthtraining
Lift light, until you can lift right

I don't think I could recover fast enough to do that system.

Isn't that was Ron (single n) was running @BLK00TJ . I thought he mentioned it was DUP routine.

Isn't that was Ron (single n) was running @BLK00TJ . I thought he mentioned it was DUP routine.

I thought someone mentioned it here, but couldn't find it in the search function.   I know bando is doing sheiko and that looks similar in regards to hitting the big lifts in the same day multiple times a week.

Sorry just getting in this post. I ran DUP for a few months or so and didn't get much out of it. I went back to RTS style programming and did much better.  I've never much liked percentage style programming.

I've only ever run Sheiko for peaking, no way my body could handle that for more than 5-6 weeks of meet prep.

Yep, it's rough. 5 x 5 is also rough, but you have more time to heal. I don't think I'll do Sheiko for squats again as it's the only thing that's ever bothered my knees.
