Alrighty, all heavy prep is DONE.
I'll open with 600 squat, 2nd lift...635, then hopefully end 650ish, go for broke right
Bench- didn't progress as great as I'd liked it too...open 365, hopefully finish around 405
DL...open 500 close...who knows, I didn't spend any time prepping for DL. Focus was on squat this time around.
Tomorrow I'll hit some chest, high volume, Friday possibly high volume legs and that will be it, next week I won't be doing anything other than eating and sleeping. Since it's my first meet, I'm not going to even bother with cutting. I'm sitting @255 in the 275 class so I have nothing to worry about weight wise. I'll enjoy my last week and eat whatever the heck I want.

I would really like to get a 2nd night at the hotel. I talked to some guys that did RPS last year and by the time awards were done it was @9pm and then I have a 3.5hr drive home.

Looks like there will be some good prizes at the event, Animal is a sponsor along with Captain Jacked and a few others. Should be a great time.
