work on better sleep patterns and lessen the impact work stress has on my life.. gets pretty damn easy after this

2 great goals both of which I am working on, just had a sleep study done and they decided I needed cpap so hopefully the sleep thing will be taken care of.

The work stress thing i'm not sure on how to even begin working on as we are so damn busy and with multiple roles being my job it's hard to avoid stress.

Not good for him.  Any chance you can move up or no?

He didn't want to be here.. made that very apparent.

I didn't give it two days before I started sending proposals over to snatch up other departments/areas. I've been waiting and planning.

Honestly, regarding upward movement, there is no where to really go, the position itself was removed. I have to expand at my current level.

I'm quite aggressive at this shit...  the whole 'blow the door of opportunity down' thing... basically my life story.

Goals for 2016....

I have my plate full I can tell you that much.

-Get my $2/hr raise and better bonus plan (the latter has been done)
 -165 class
 -500+ Dead
 -500+ Squat
 -325 Bench
-Start working on my left sleeve
-Considering making a goal of buying a Dodge Challenger...but I dunno about this one. A little impractical I's think's.

Work doesn't keep me up at night. I basically forget about work when I leave.

However, I sleep like crap. I am trying to fix this. I went out and bought one of those white noise machines. Now I listen to rain falling every night. It doesn't really help me fall or stay asleep, but I think it helps me to fall back asleep when I wake up, since my mind doesn't start to wander. I have always taken OTC sleep aids. I stopped for almost a month when I got the machine but started again recently.

I would also like to eat better this year and drop a bunch of mid section fat. I find it harder to breath, due to my asthma, when I carry more fat around my mid section.

No asthma here, but horrendous allergies and my nose is pretty much always stuffy making breathing seem labored.
