Bando curls.....





Work.


Eccentric strengthening to avoid aggravation,  and working the opposing muscles whose weakness plays a role in said golfers elbow.  Very pleased that the curls with sporadic icing is keeping me from missing sessions.  Now a staple on every back and squat day.

They only work if you do them in the squat rack.

I don't do any curls, no hammer curls, no preacher bench curls, no cable curls, etc. Arms get plenty of work without adding those into the mix. I see a lot of guys who do a ton of various curls and for the most part none of them has ever exploded in size and gotten hoooge.
