Finished off with a little 3x8@70# cable rows, since I was at the outside gym.
Oh, and started the session off with 20 minutes on the bike.

14 hours on my feet nonstop,  kinda took the wind out of the sails for tonight.

Deadlifts 3x5 @ 195#

Ohp is starting to get challenging,  squats are always a hard recovery,  deads just are what they are.

Hiatus from the online journaling is over. 

Nothing to report in 'gains' unless you consider a few more revolutions around the sun to be something special. 

Currently getting some physical therapy done for a bum knee that coincidentally happened just about the time of the previous post,  but causation and correlation are different things. 
In layman's terms,  I got junk building up under my patella, which makes my quads lazy, and systematically each causes the other to get worse...times 3 years.
So lots of isolated movements,  about 45 minutes to an hour a day of "homework". And with that, it was a good excuse to get an indoor bike, doc's reccomendation.

Been doing the journaling on paper for three weeks,  but it's time to get real that I'm carrying around this pseudo laptop phone all day and can make it work for me more.

First time doing bb flat benchpresses,  see how I feel tomorrow.  Previously it was only db incline. Same with the BOR, it was messing with the knee,  so mostly stuck with single side db rows.
I'm drenched.
