Standard weight increases and just feeling it out. I bumped up the BOR by 20 instead of 10. Everything else has been by 10#, and as I approach my limits I'll reign that back to 5# jumps.

I well remember how weight gets heavy fast on 5x5. 
Yup, starting off a bit low is always wise when it comes to a progressive resistance program like SL 5x5. I'm assuming that everything is at about 60%, bumping a little aggressive until it gets real challenging. I'm actually looking forward to the failure and reset. It's been too long since the weights scared me.
I think with this mornings early session that everything is about right, but we'll see in the next day or two.

ION, typical nutrition plan coming together. Calories king, protein queen. Focusing right now on awareness and consistency, not going to do any tracking or restricting until after the Christmas holiday weekend. New years isn't really anything more than a late shift for me anyways. Really gotta get some of this extra weight off that I've accumulated since starting this job last year and not making time for training.
