Monday's suck after having 2 days off.  Always feel out of the groove with everything

I feel exactly the opposite, I love coming in rested and healed up from last week.

I feel exactly the opposite, I love coming in rested and healed up from last week.

Oh It's not an issue with being rested, healed, motivated, etc...it's just for whatever reason taking 2 whole days away from my beloved barbell just makes it a rough day getting back into the groove with everything technique wise.
