Good consistent work in here.  175x5 on the OHP, good stuff.

I love the handstands.  You really got me wanting to do it.  I did some against a wall last night after cardio, and was able to balance off of the wall for a few seconds.  I also did a few handstand push ups, something I could do practically non-stop as a teenage gymnast.    I sometimes have balance issues while weight training (one reason I hate squats), so I was surprised to feel pretty solid and stable on my hands, if only for a few secs.
PRs:
OHP 140 - 8/27/15
BP 245 - 4/7/17
DL 345 - 8/26/15
Squat - ugh
Leg Press 670x2 - 12/10/15

That's awesome that I nudged you to try some handys!

keep it up! Soon you'll be posting planche  and human flag vids! Btw, those are both goals of mine.

Ok I'll admit, I've been too damn lazy to post my workouts here lately. Then I went on vacation for 5 days so that's why my journal has spider webs and crickets! Here is what went down pre-vaca

(05-may-16) Tonight's workout was bananas, (b-a-n-a-n-a-s in Gwen Stefani voice) lol I'd missed a couple of days dealing with life (you know spider bites double ear infections, life 😝) and knowing our 🛳🏖 is quickly approaching, I decided to double up the night, then clang and bang everyday until we leave. So here was the kickoff, pure madness!! Everything but main lifts were 5 sets of 15! 😖🔫
RDL 135 X 15
185 X 10
275 X 8
315 X 5
345 X 5
375 X 5

Bradford presses
Bar X 15 X 5

Yates rows
135 X 15
185 X 15
205 X 15
205 X 15 ( really was wishing for death here)
205 X 12 (literally died, not really but almost)

Incline bench
Bar X 25
95 X 20
135 X 15 X 3

Band leg curls
N X 15 X 5 ("N" is code for the band I used so I don't have to write "red 1/4in loop")

SUPER SET
KB shrugs 45 X 15 X 5
EZ bar curls 45 X 15 X 5 (only thing that felt easy)

GIANT SET
DB Front raises
15 X 15
10 X 15 X 4
DB lateral raises
15 X 15
10 X 15 X 4
DB Tricep kickbacks
15 X 15
10 X 15 X 4

Handstand practice was snuck in right after RDL's

(8-may-16) Another brutal session tonight! Highlights https://instagram.com/p/BFIpFPOQxmn/
Front squats
Bar X 10
95 X 10 (3 w/u sets with loop band around knees)
135 X 10 (135 felt 💩, but I digress)
185 X 5
205 X 4
225 X 3 X 3 🎉 (finally felt good on last triple, good news is my front rack is getting better!)

Deadlifts
135 X 10
185 X 5
225 X 5
250 X 5
295 X 4
325 X 3
395 X 2
425 X 1
435 X 1
445 X 1+ (hit 3, 1st rep 💩, 2-3 👌🏽 which is awesome because this is about 88% of my all time max! 500 I'm coming home!!)

Giant set (really tired of training by now and all accessory work is 5 X 15, who makes up this stupid stuff? 😕)
Band leg extensions
N X 15 X 5
Band Pulldowns
E X 15 X 5
BSS (still weak here so only 10's)
BW X 10 X 5 I'm whooped!!

(10-may-16) Another double session, i kinda like these except they are looooonnngggg!
OHP
95 x 10
115 x 8
135 x 5
155 x 5
175 x 5 x 3

Bench
150 x 5
175 x 4
205 x 3
225 x 2
250 x 1
265 x 1
285 x 2 (failed on 3rd)

Squat
W/U sets barefoot and with loop band around knees, stayed barefoot until 275)
Bar x 8
95 x 8
135 x 8
(working)
205 x 5
230 x 4
275 x 3
295 x 2

355 x 1
365 x 2

Skipped all "normal" accessory work for some crappy oly lifts
snatch pull + snatch + OH squat

Then it was off on a 4 day cruise.
