Martial arts
« on: June 01, 2015, 01:34:28 PM »
Thinking about adding a martial art into my training. I did Hapkido when I was younger but it was a lot of technical competition BS rather than street-smart teaching. I want to learn something that's for sheer effective/lethal self defense- Krav Maga or MMA? I thought about taking an Army-style Combatives course but it would be hard to do. I'm less about the philosophy and more about efficacy.
