Huntforfun's Journey To That Trophy

Iv'e been on my first legitimate workout and meal plan for the past 3 months, and Id like to share my transformation so far:

February 4th: my first day and excuse my horribly embarrassing flexing and picture taking throughout the photos :P (also excuse my stupid snapchat comments xD)



February 16th:


April 1st:


April 23rd:


May 5th:


May 8th:


May 22nd (last week):



As of the last week I got some grub on because I jsut graduated and went overboard on food with parties and parties haha... back on the grind now though! Let me know what you think :D

July 1st:


The gains have slowed now I don't see changes as fast, however still getting changes. Abs feel decent , still need a lot of work and chest is coming in good, only increased bench and chest press max by 5-10 lbs in 1 month but I'll take that, any size difference notable?


August 19:



August 27:



August 31: 3 days into my clean bulk I just started. I started at 149lbs 3 days ago, currently weighing at 154 lbs right now. raised from 60lbs on incline dumbell bench to 65lbs 3 sets of 10. plan to hit this for a few weeks and hopefully hit 70lbs 3x10 in 2-3 weeks.

I think you've got a ton of potential with that frame. This is the time to be really concentrating on heavy compounds and just build mass all over.

Thanks brother, really trying to decide the best time to start my bulk! I want to be lean just for the summer but I think fall is a good time to gain heavy mass!

Cut in Spring and into early Summer, maintain leanness through summer, bulk again in fall and winter?

lolz, did not see that the 1st time. I used to have the same shorts as peeing man, they got ruined by a pen in the dryer  >:(

Great job so far! Triceps and biceps look chiseled.

Lift hard and eat hard - take advantage of those youthful noob gains!  I can't tell you how much I wish I could go back in time and start lifting when I was your age.
