I still don't like 'em, but I told snookums I'd be sore this morning. Sometimes I really hate being right.

But, back to the subject- I'm not sure any amount of glutamine will eliminate DOMS. That is all.

I love DOMS.  Except for when my traps get them bad.  I do not like those because I start to get headaches

I work muscle groups once a week, I always get doms from chest day and leg day. As long as the weight is going up, I don't mind.
