Svend press

This is a great FINISHING exercise.  I just ran across this, tried a little today and it would be a great ending to your chest workout.  Again, it's just a finishing movement, your not trying to progress in weights here.  The difficulty of the movement depends on how hard you exert yourself.

ditto, I tried a VERY little today, my chest is still sore from earlier this week, and I liked it.  I give it a better test Tuesday at the end of my chest workout.

Just tried the motion of pushing my hands together really hard and extending and returning. Hurts my shoulders.  >:(

Oh,  lol,  yup,  that's wrong.  I just think of Mr Miyagi when i do these,  breathe in,  breathe out,  breathe in,  breathe out,  and squeeze like a mofo!!  Im only able to do a few of them at the end of my workout,  by that point these make my pecs flex to the point of cramping.

I did this for the first time in my last chest workout.  Yeah, it really topped off the workout with a great pump and tightness in the pecs.  At first I wasn't squeezing very hard, which kind of missed the whole point.  To force myself to squeeze harder, I use three 5 lb plates with one sandwiched in the middle.

OHP 140 - 8/27/15
BP 245 - 4/7/17
DL 345 - 8/26/15
Squat - ugh
Leg Press 670x2 - 12/10/15
