Thanx Adam. Been upstate a few times lately, but haven't had any time to spare.
Will probably be back fairly soon as FIL is in iffy shape. I'll try to hook up

Yeah, still training but after 60 years, this shit is getting old. Only progress left is
"starvation mode" for a few selfies. I dunno. Mostly doing maintenance stuff, and
pissing around with bands just to save my joints. I still train because it's all I know.
