Thanks man. I guess I'm ok for now.

Jan '13 - 12 needle biopsy - 7 cores cancer
Feb '14 - 12 needle biopsy - no cancer detected
Dec '14 - 16 needle biopsy - no cancer detected

Doc say he doesn't understand the results. Sends all 3 tests to
John's Hopkins for review. They confirm the results.

I go, "what the phuck, do I have it or not?"
Doc, "you're an enigma, we are pretty sure you have cancer
but we're having trouble finding it again."

How'd you like to go to bed every nite with that
shit on your mind?

I need to up my beer consumption.

Doc, "you're an enigma

I could have told him that. My list of bodybuilding, guitar picking, beer drinking, retired guys is pretty short.

Well, that sucks. I'd be worrying too because that doesn't make sense. It's not like cancer plays hide and seek....

Damn.  That's weird.  JH is an outstanding system.  Have you thought of going straight to them?

Squats - using a 2-3 sec pause on the 1st rep of each set.
Slows me down and helps me feel the reps.

Dead bench - start from chest. Tuffer than reg reps. Helps me
keep my shldrs tight.

Ch sup rows- helps me take the sloppiness out of my reg BOR's
 and saves my low back.

Eating when I'm hungry. No more, no less.

Thinking about changing up my routine 1st of the year.  More bbing
volume.

Great session. Glad to see you back.

I really didn't stop training, just posting. I feel funny at times
posting the same old stuff all the time.

I bet I've tried a dozen different variations on the bench press to
come up with a way that doesn't aggravate my shoulders.
So far the dead bench with a very narrow grip seems to be
working.

My problem lately has been unracking and reracking.(I train alone
at home in a rack). The dead bench alleviates that. I love wide grip
benches as I can do a lot more weight but I pay the price eventually.

Same for me. I have been working on a narrower grip and forgetting about bigger numbers. I would like my shoulders to grow old gracefully with me.  :o

Meh, it's different. Sort of humbling.

Good to hear. I used to bench so wide that a guy, who is about 6" or so taller than me with longer arms commented on how even he doesn't bench that wide.  :o

And there's nothing wrong with working out because you get bored. haha
