Yes youtube is the best way to go with the vids.

Front squats look good for someone with a sore knee  ;)

How's the shoulder?

Sorry for the delayed response. Been out in the woods for 5 days.
Thanks for the youtube recommendation, I might set up an account this PM.

Front squats don't bother my knee like back squats. Maybe because of my stance is narrower?
I'll be testing this out tomorrow.

Shoulder feels good, other than a little benching last week, I left chest alone. I tried to alter
my form to keep my arms at about 45 degrees. It will take a while after years at 90 degrees.

Do you warmup?

Do you BB's or DB's for bench?

Sorry for the late response. Been out in the woods - no phone or pc.

I use mostly barbell. I only have 50# db's here at home.

Minimal warmup, only a couple workup sets on the big three.

That's a good recipe for shoulder issues.

I'm trying to get used to posting video. My first attempt is this cheesy lateral set.
No music, just heavy breathing lol.

Don't laugh, I usually w/o to CNBC.  I'm an old guitar/bass player, music distracts me when I train.
I'm always trying to follow the chord changes and listening for scales. Weird huh?

They suck.

I'm an old guitar player also, been playing 24 years.

You won't hear any guitar on an Eminem CD  8)

Thanx, I'm no computer whiz but I think I got it figured out.

Not much different from the last one. Gonna try to work on some weak spots (quads, upper chest
and lower lats). I've bulked about #8  over my last comp wt and am anxious to see if there is
any mass gain. I'll find out as I cut down. I'll stick with the big three plus presses and cleans
and a few iso exercises. Nothing fancy. At my age(64), staying even is a plus.
