So they should be able to manage that without surgery?

I'm a bit behind here,
Wednesday-

Back Strength Workout
Deadlift
8 sets 2 to 3 reps
365x3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 2, 2
Went up 20 instead of 10, legs were on fire about halfway through. Everything about these deads felt weak.

2 to 3 Back Exercises of Choice
3sets 6 to 10 reps
Lat Pulldowns
160x10, x, x
I was just shot at this point. Thought I'd get some rows in first...

Cable Row
120x10, x, x
Wrong.

Weight-211.2

Wife has been out of town for a few days, and I miss having a good dinner prepared for me. Also, miss the wife and kid too. Eating out of cans and boxes and not eating enough has caught up to me. Luckily they'll be back tomorrow and I can get that straightened out. :/ 3/10 session, 1/10 gritness.

Today-
Shoulder Density Workout
Military Press
7 sets 30 reps
135x5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 2 ^
(32 reps)
Finally worked up to a pps for reps, no probs. Adding a nickle to each end next time.

Arnold Press
7 sets 35 reps
50x5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5 ^
(35 reps)
Same story as last time.

Dumbbell Curl
7 sets 30 reps
50x5, 4, 4, 4, 3, 3, 1
(24 reps)
These were HEAVY compared to the 45s. Gonna have to work on this one.

Weight-217.0
Biggest I've ever been on this day, so that's a PR of sorts. :) 8 lbs. to go.

Yep.
No ligament or tendon tears or rips so no surgery. Same for the small tears in the pec minor, just let them heal up.
Been doing the exercises the PT showed me and taking anti-inflammatories so the shoulder is feeling loads better.

That's awesome to hear. Just knowing that it's nothing major has to be a relief.

Not trying to shill here, but the True Grit Post I'm using helps out with doms quite a lot. It seems like bb dot com also has a similar product in their brand. A bit pricey at full cost, but totally worth it imo. I use quite a few supplements, but that recovery product is one I'll actually stand behind. Also I don't pay for it, so it's very worth it to me. :)

I'm becoming a fan of trips too for heavy days (well heavy for me). 8 sets at 3 reps seems to be doing the trick, at least on squats. Good solid work in here

This 7-8 sets stuff is killer, but yeah it seems to be working really well.

Shoulder/Bis
Had to make the session quick, so deviated from the program.

Clean and Press
135x3, 3
155x3, 3
175x1
185x1 Peeeee effin' arrrrrrrr
135x2, 1
Cleans were so explosive it was stupid. Even the 185 popped up way higher than it should have. Had a helluva time getting it off my chest and to my nose, got the press strict on the second attempt after a short pause.

Lateral Raise
35sx10, 10, 10
Nothin' to it.

Alt DB Curls ss with Arnold Press
35sx10, 5/40sx8, 6
Drop set, 5 each 30/35, 25/30, 20/25
Total burnout and destruction.

Felt amazingly powerful running on four hours sleep and still slightly drunken. Nasfwg.

The presses were killer, especially since I do my best to not use leg drive and press strictly. The pulls themselves were easier than ever. I was putting a ridiculous amount of energy into them compared to what I could have just to get by. The 155s were almost up for a rep before I brought em to my chest and pressed.

They were exhausting though.

I have incorporated drop sets on my Kat raises on dbs and on my bi curls on cables. That shit ain't no joke. Feels dat burn! I hope I can take a vid tomorrow on shoulder day doing them. I am impressed looking in the mirror. But I am way lighter. 20, 15, 12,10, 7. I can do like 4 sets but ditch the 20's after 3rd set.

Really need to start updating my stuff here.

Last night was dead time, went in to PR, left satisfied @445x1. 4 plates and a quarter coming right up. :)
