-Skwaats-

Barx10 - Not good
135x5 - Really not good, ROM was broken
135x5 - ROM is really broken, hips and glutes need some fixing
225x5 - better, still rough
225x5 - still major issues with hips and proper glute function
275x3 - If it ain't totally broke.... :o
315x3
315x1 - Belted, took belt off immediately after
315x2 - No mental fortitude whatsoever to go any further
225x5 - POO!
135x6 - 3 sec pauses at the bottom, super mario ATG depth

-Life Crapness Shoulda Prezz-

I did a pile of warm up sets and different hand grips....didn't really pay attention

190x2
170x5
170x6

 BAILED!!!

Not my finest work, food/sleep intake has been an issue as of late. Plus I need to stretch out my glutes, hams, and hips more aggressively. My ROM was not where it needs to be, very broken. Myofacia release with the lacrosse ball tonight....

-Deadlifts-

Barx10 - I knew right here I was in for it, hips flexors were tight....really bad in fact.
135x10
135x10 - I wanted to cash it in, this was punishing enough, srs.
225x5
225x5 - severe hip flexors cramping after each set, glutes as well.
275x3
315x FAIL - Didn't leave the ground, I was dizzy as hell
315x3
375xFAIL - Same as the initial 315 set
375x1 - Slap to face, easy as shit....but my hips and glutes were screaming.
405xFAIL - Same issues as 315/375 sets
405xFAIL -"                                              "
405xFAIL -Got it off the ground about 6 inches and I gave up, didn't feel right.
375xFAIL
315xFAIL
315xFAIL
315x7 - I mentally when fucking berserk! and zero fucks were given about personal safety.

 Done....

Same shit as yesterday! I need to focus harder on eating enough, drinking more water, getting better quality of sleep, and MOAR STRETCHING!

I HAVE to take better care of myself.

- TEAM IRON SANCTUARY BENCH DAY -

Barx20
135x10
185x5
225x5
245x5
265x1
270xFAIL
245x4
245x3
225x4 (I think)
225x8....not sure what happened here  :S

....I think that was about it, I lost track. Between watching Lisa, being spotted by Flex, spotting Flex, moving benches to accommodate other people at the gym, racking and un-racking weights....of course I didn't write anything down  :P Normally I do, but the past couple of weeks were a "fuck it! let's have some fun!" I tossed my protocol to the wind and just enjoyed training however I felt.

-Skwaats-

Barx10 - Hips felt like blocks of concrete
135x10 - These didn't feel nice at all, so I decided to torture myself and go as low as I could go and sit at the bottom for a three count
135x7 - Second set felt a little nicer
225x5 - Getting better, still feeling stiff in my hips
315x4 - Depth was good, but the stiffness in my hips was causing me to fold a little bit in the hole.
375x1 - meh!
315x....something, don't remember
225x5 - Again, really stiff in the hips.

 Bailed
