-Squat-

135x6
135x10
225x5
315x2
225x5 - ATG and small pause in the hole.

-Seated rows-

120x10
150x10
165x10
180x10
180x10

-Bench Press-

135x10
180x10
225x5
225x5

-Shrugs-

2 platesx10
4 platesx10
6 platesx10
8 platesx10

-Torture Bike-

N/A

My squats were really off today, nothing felt right and I had no jam at all!!! Food is the culprit, I've been skimping on the carbs...infact food in general. Plus the hustle at work has my legs constantly working (hand bombing skids of rotors, boxes of ATF, oil, tires, etc.)

On a good note, I had some decent jam for everything else. I have upped weight/reps throughout the remainder of the exercises.

FYI, I hate 4 am workouts....

Great job, Merk!  I hate everything at 4am that doesn't involve me sleeping.  I struggle to wake up at 4:30 for work and am half asleep until around lunch time.

Another 4 am workout in the bag, god I hate them! It's another 2 Monsters and multiple coffees day, I can feel it! I was going to push this workout for tomorrow but then decided to get my sorry ass out of bed and just do it. The debate between two internal monologues was strong... put me behind hence the workout was short and no torture bike, not that I'm all broken up over it or anything  8)

I'm up in reps/weight for the entire workout.

ooooooooh I hate it as you can see! I do it because after work I'm far too exhausted and usually the gym has gone full out retard by that time. I'd rather deal with the early morning wierdos...

Torture bike I can almost do in my sleep,  Dreadmill is much tougher.

I'm the same with early morning workouts getting done. So many excuses after work, but if I can drag ass outta bed every morning,  its over before I know it.

Thanks! I was under the gun that morning. Though most times I'm out in roughly 45 min and that's with torture bike involved.

Damn brother, it takes me almost 30 minutes to wake up. No way in hell could I go to the gym at 4 am and then do all that in 30 minutes.   8)
