WEEK 5
GB CHEST/BACK/TRICEPS/CALVES:
By the time I was done my chest, back, triceps, and calves all felt like over inflated balloons! I managed to get all this done in an hour and a half, which in my opinion isn't too bad.
Weighed in at the gym and I was 221. Motherfucker.....and then this morning I was 215

I prefer my morning weigh in's let me tell you, such a mind fuck. But regardless of the fact I REALLY do need to get onto another cut. My cut break was mildly successful. From 230 to 201 back to 215....so mildly successful. This time I'll go for a 20 lbs cut and see if I can get myself to 195.
I need to take this cut thing serious, my will power is shit.
