I'm beginning to wonder if this has something to do with my blood
Pressure, hmmmmm

(My blood pressure has been 150/100 on the average over the past couple of months...I'm booking an apt to have it checked out)

Meh, I've dealt with worse. Though I prefer the morning crowd.

I heard you were lifting some heavy ass weight today!

Who said that?

Only got up to 545.  Nothing worth bragging about...

Anyway that gym is pissing me off lately.

Fucking have to move all those stupid foam pads before we deadlift, hide the chalk, try to be quiet.

brb, looking for industrial properties again.....

OK

So interesting start to the day, I SMOKED a transport truck tire (whole tire, no rim) in the middle of the highway on my way to work!

The short, short version of the story is:

4:30 am highway is pitch black and there is no one close to being in front of me, however there are cars on both my left,  right, and rear. We were cruising at 120 km/hr.

By the time the tire was in the view of my lights it was too late and I had nowhere to go....so I fuckin' ate it.

 The Bad:

Fog lights need to be replaced
Both front tire liners are gone
Bottom front fascia deflector is gone
 Front drivers rim is fucked
 AC rad is damaged
Flex pipe on exhaust system is damaged

 The Good:

 I'm alive (clearly)
Front fascia is intact and minimal damage (no cracks, dents, holes, etc.) It has some scuffs on the bottom but that's about it
Tires are ok, some wear on the inside from the liners rubbing (this was before they wore through while cradling it to work)
Drivers rim I can buff out with a micro polisher and some G3/G10 (might plastidip 'em to hide anything I cannot polish out.
Liners are easy to replace, as with the deflector
AC isn't leaking and is still working, Rad took a small slap as well but it's ok.
Alignment is in good order, as well as brakes.
Hoping to replace alot of clips in the front fascia to get it back where it needs to be, maybe try and warm it up and bend it back.
I made it to work on time!

I didn't get a chance today to order the parts, but I will tomorrow. Man I'm so glad I own a GM and work for a GM dealership (and in parts no less!).

Oh and for some reason my legs are fuckin' destroyed from training yesterday....so wierd. They feel like I haven't trained them in months!

My buddy/co-worker Paulie T told me about it!

545 is still awesome, I know for you it's small potatoes but I cannot wait to get to 545!....and I will!

The gym always pisses me off!

I hate the foam pads, I cannot be bothered to hide the chalk...don't like it? kick me out....no fucks given here! Hell even when I trained yesterday afternoon Craig passed me and seen I was using chalk, came over and had a friendly chat with no issues whatsoever. You know me well enough I'm one of the louder people when I am grunting....so don't care!

wait...you stopped looking? The hell is wrong with you?!  :slap:

Jim hit one of them road gators once.  Glad you are okay.

Only farmers are up at 4:30 am for work.  That's crazy!
