I never do any direct forearm work.

Just lots of deads, pulldowns and rows without wrist straps.

Thanks. I've always felt wrist curls never did much but maybe I need to clean up the form/do them more consistently.

I usually don't do forearm work but I plan on working on my grip so decided to throw in some wrist exercises, too

This, with the exception of furious masturbatin' sessions.

The above....except I do wear straps from time to time, but just the general volume of work over the years makes them develop.

Gratuitous forearm pic :D  (I am getting out of practice ;) )

I'm coming up on 10 year no fap. No pun intended.

Do I get some kind of award?

Impressive! Do you guys recommend I do not work them directly and just be patient, or give it a go? I don't think it'll hurt to work them

I think forearm work is a must, but Flex and ID disagree. So there you go, ask for an opinion online and get valid answers that conflict. Gotta do what works for you. At the very least, they can't hurt as you said.

Agreed. I'll try it for a couple months and see how it goes.

Don't be afraid of  switching up some variables if you're not seeing the desired results  (sets/reps/weight).

Personal perspective on forearms: very similar to calves, somewhat a mystery.

I do high rep forearm work but I've done they since I've been 14 or so.  Never noticed a size increase until I started doing deadlifts.

Flex is a lier.

My forearms are a lot like my calves - long and thin. And they take a fair amount of specie isolation work to make them grow.

I've created a new exercise for them; The Titty Twister (srs). I'll try to upload a vid of it some time.
