I do standing OHP and.....in the beginning I didn't mind them, now I just flat out hate that bastard exercise with all my life! I still do them though, but as mentioned the margin between doing them for reps vs not doing it at all is small, very small! Hence why it has taken me so damn long to move from 135 to 160. I still have another 15 lbs to get back to where I was......this will take awhile.
