Gonna knock that 335 squat out this Friday. That'll kill that 1000 pound total. That bench press though I'm just about to give up on, 225 forever. It just don't wanna go up.

Ya. I've been throwing in accessories for the past few workouts. Now doing pullups, dips, and rows/lat pulldowns once a week.
