Realistically by year's end I'm going to get a 250+lb squat, 150+lb bench, 300lb+ deadlift. OHP isn't too relevant to me now, and rows I'm not sure.
EVERYTHING you put in your body matters IF you want to reach your maximum potential.

Late to the party, but then again I only set this goal in August: lose 86lbs (roughly 39Kg).

It's not going to happen by the end of the year, but that's okay.

Yup, bumping the old 2015 thread. 

Already thinking of 2016.

Didn't have a good direction at the beginning of this year,  thus my silence in the thread,  but really think that stars are aligning for 2016.

How'd your year go?

I didn't set any numbers down but for me 2015 was the year of the squat, like 2010 was the year for the deadlift. I've been squat = bench forever and that is no way the case anymore. In Feb. I got a 315 comp. squat which I thought was big and since then I have been repping it with various different form tweaks. Going for a comp 350 in February.

If someone wants to start a 2016 goals thread, I will commit to a 405 squat in 2016. Yeah Buddy!

I'm gunning for 475/315/500 while staying under 181.

1 out of 3.  I'll raise the squat to 525 and keep the others where they are for 2016.

got 635 Squat

DL...is not moving at all

Bench....estimated max around 410, however haven't actually benched 405 (without slingshot)  so I don't count it.
