To look like I lift. I spent 2014 trying to get stronger. Worked for some things, not so much for others.

For 2015 my plan so far is to try to build noticable muscle and shed all the fat I put on. Not shooting for numbers anymore.

Haven't made any real goals for 2015 other than continued improvement. Will be sitting down soon and looking at my numbers and what is feasible and realistic.

i want my fuking 315 bench back.

Failed to get there last year, will not in 2015

Will put some thought into my others

I need to add the following to this...not to get fat as i strive to reclaim 315

Blew up like a big fat balloon last year , must not let it happen again.

600/360/640 - 1600.

This is of course dependent on what weight class I'm in.  If I drop to the 220's, I'll be happy with a 1500 total.

And I want to do a Strongman Comp.  Likely in May.

The other big goal is to improve the Southern Mass Blast Push/pull meet in August.

I'm torn between chasing the weight numbers or cutting this year, but I do want to set goals.  I made strength gains this  year, and kinda want to reveal the improved physique.  But getting stronger is fun too.

Over at bb.com I just bumped the O35 thread about 2014 goals.  I didn't quite meet my strength goals, but came close on some, and definitely made progress.
PRs:
OHP 140 - 8/27/15
BP 245 - 4/7/17
DL 345 - 8/26/15
Squat - ugh
Leg Press 670x2 - 12/10/15

2015 will be dedicated to leaning out and heading back to the stage.
This should be easier and more successful than ever before now I'm healthy.

Same here. I was really pushing for at least that 300 bench but hurting my back just completely threw me off. I managed 275x1 shortly before hurting the back so I guess I wasn't too far off.

Change my OHP goal to something more realistic. I wasn't sure what was proportional so I threw out a round number.

Was hoping for a 300lb squat this year but I don't think I am going to get that in the next 2 weeks.  I'll have to be happy with 270.  I've gained too much weight going for strength.  I've topped out at 206lbs.   Which is about a 30lb increase the past year.

My 1/2 year goal will be to get down to 180lbs.  Then decide from there what I want to do.   They hard part is going to be dealing with the strength losses I know will happen.  Will be difficult to stay in the game.

I have only one goal next year.   Drop fat.  My back doc keeps telling me to drop weight, claims it will help more than anything else.  Dropping weight is a struggle for me.  I enjoy lifting, eating and a bit of drinking so I have my work cut out for me.   I think I have a bit of muscle in here somewhere, now it's time to find it.

Hoping for a healthy 2015 and minimize any loss of LBM.

Don't have any specific goals except to keep improving by staying smart and staying out of the hospital. The latter really threw me for a loop this year. Coming back strong  though.

475 done.  Long way from the others.
