I still love soft boiled egg and soldiers.  Afterwards, I like an extra piece of toast with a nice coating of marmalade to enjoy with a good cup of English Breakfast tea.

Favorite is to discard whites, lightly cook yolks in butter, put on top of rare steak add salt, pepper and lots of habanero hot sauce.

First impression : Sex without foreplay.

Never tried frying just the yolks. Awesome tip!

Flex makes the best.  I think he does the 3 minute egg.  I never get it quite right - if I do it's luck.

You can find really pretty egg cups at vintage shops, especially around Easter.

My mom used to make soft boiled eggs when I was a kid. Haven't had one in about 35 years. Looks good.

You know how Mrs. B collects vintage Pyrex? I saw a sign for an estate sale last weekend, popped in and asked for the Pyrex. About 10 bowls - I said "how about $20" "Sure!" I was putting them in the car and the lady ran out and gave me two more huge bowls for free. I'm no pro but I think I got 2-3 hundred worth 8)

It's hiding in the barn until Christmas  ;)

QFT

Nothing better in this life than a rare piece of steak dipped in the egg yolk of a perfectly cooked sunny side up egg.

How long will beaten eggs and cooked scrambled eggs last in the refrigerator? Am I able to make a big batch of scrambled eggs for the entire week? I make them from scratch every time now.

Crap, can't believe I forgot egg casserole.
Dozen eggs, loaf of bread torn up, onions, peppers, mushrooms, shredded cheese, cooked sausage or bacon, salt, pepper, bit of cayenne pepper. Mix up in a casserole dish and cook at 350 for an hour. Let cool and slice into squares. Damn good.

Cali, cooked eggs will keep in the fridge for the week, no problem.  And lots of people make breakfast sammiches (with egg and sausage or ham on an English muffin or in a wrap) and freeze them.
